I bought this on CD back when it was first released in 2004 (I had to look that up to verify - I can't believe it's already been that long ago!) I've always found this CD profoundly relaxing - I usually can't stay awake through the first couple tracks! This is a compliment, by the way - I consider an ambient album to be exceptional if I can easily fall asleep to it.
